  1. As a dude, you don't realize how prevalent this is. Was at an outdoor festival and my female friend was looking in a direction with a concerned look. Was like, "what's up?" She said some dude was looking at the girls in the kimonos and whacking off. I'm like what the? I was just focusing on drinking beer and eating and oblivious to weird stuff.

  2.  @justjane2070  Totally agree. It's insane to think that kids don't need social skills which includes interacting with other kids and adults. Way too many home schooled kids doing this exact same thing.

  4.  @CaliforniaIsASocialistState  You either had a bad schooling experience and / or have zero recollection of school. There are thousands of micro social decisions on a daily basis a kid has to make at school. Both of my parents were educators. It would have been a disaster if I was homeschooled. I'm sure "someone" will bring up bullying and toxic school environments. Those are bad as well, but that's real life. And, an extreme challenge to find a healthy way to combat it.

  5. I was halfway through my sophomore year in high school when I turned 15. Had already worked 2 different part-time jobs. I was not reading comic books in high school (no offense).

  6. My parents didn't have a gun in the house growing up. Dad was a Navy Vet, but wasn't a gun guy. But, we did have a safe. I cracked that thing in middle school.
