  2.  @pehclark7256  Yeap, it was right across from the government buildings. That exercise area ain't for ordinary folk. (sounds like his ex-wife was cheating with a government official. the official used his influence on the courts and got the ex-wife a favorable settlement. Both were at the scene of the accident. All not confirmed of course.)
