  1. Korea is different. Usually, any “model” will transition to acting. Normal modeling does not pay well in Korea. Model —> Acting —> back to modeling, but at higher rates due to popularity.

  3. I started eating alone even before we had smartphones. Back then, it was just enjoyable / relaxing to space out. Think about nothing, random thoughts or stuff that was important. (smartphones ruined it a bit.)

  5. If you lived in another country, you understand. Almost all foreign banks allow a double account: one with dollars and one with the local currency. Living for a short period of time, it’s fine to covert everything. A longer period of time, you hold in dollars as a fx hedge.

  6. I think she’ll break through in Hollywood. Due to her modeling experience, she has practical English skills. Suzy or even Song Hye-Kyo and Jun Ji-Hyun likely have worse English proficiency.

  7. Legalize all drugs. Funnel dollars to drug treatment programs which is a long term solution rather than wasting dollars on criminalization. (Won’t ever happen, I know.)
