  7. It’s called negative correlation. Perfect negative correlation is -1 which rarely happens. Basically, just drawing a line between a set of points with one axis being numbers of crabs and the other number of restaurants. Excel has this function as well.

  8. I'm agnostic these days, but that's one positive about "some" religions in America. Some of these "believers" think it's God's will to help out others. It's a very common theme in the people that have videos on YouTube about adopting internationally.

  9.  @DerekOfRivia  You are conflating foster care and adoption. Foster care is taking care of kids that are wards of the State. They get stipends / month. Adoption is different. They just get a tax break for adoption expenses (if they itemize).

  16. My grandfather was a racist. Owned rental property and wouldn’t rent to black people. Not sure how my Dad turned out so colorblind. He taught middle school for 30 years in Baltimore with mixture of white and black students. Still remember going their as a kid and the staff was a good mix of white / black as well.
