  1. Wow...saved because some dude smoked. He was stopped from carrying out the attack by a patient who moved him away from the building, talked him down and called police. But the court heard "luck intervened again" because a patient, Nathan Newby, was standing outside the hospital having a cigarette and "noticed the defendant".

  2. lol, there are some US farmers complaining about the US Estate tax saying the same thing. The difference is the US limits are $13.5M per individual or $27M for a couple. IMO, that's more than enough.
