  4.  @audreywellham2413  I think Biden was a masterful legislator and handled foreign policy well (sans Afghanistan withdraw). Unfortunately, he didn't have the energy to do the PR side of being POTUS. And, to a degree was starting to disconnect with the younger generation. History will look kindly on him.
