  3. F-16 are fast, but not that fast. Large passenger planes cruise at 600 mph (a bit less). Sound barrier is around 750 mph (Mach 1). F-16 top speed is around 1350 mph. It's fast, but not SR-71 fast which was Mach 3ish. 1350 / 60 or basically 22 miles per min at top speed (which is hard to maintain).

  5. +Alex G Middle East politics are always fucked. We armed the Taliban back in the 80s and now we are fighting them. We invaded Iraq which strengthened Iran. Should have left Saddam in power as a natural counter balance to Iran.

  10. Man, I remember going here (Lexington market) for "fake" Korean food when I was a teenager. Really was just meat and rice, but it was so cheap. Less than 1/2 hour of minimum wage pay.
