  1. Looked on a map. It's in a weird spot. Kinda in the middle of suburban towns. But obviously, the birth rate is a disaster. In the short term, I'm a bit less concerned because Korea's population is 52M. It's about 5% foreigners (non-Koreans) now. It can easily double before you start seeing some "societal" problems. IMO, somewhere in the 10-20% non-Koreans is where you'll see some major issues start popping.

  2. 0:02 That's the biggest change I noticed since visiting Korea since the early 2000s. The dude is pretty tall. I felt relatively tall in my first visits. Now, I feel a bit short last time in 2019.
