  1. Reminds me of Uber or FB IPO. They priced it so high that it's setup to go lower unless they produce some new numbers or money generating news. IMO, this is a mistake, but the company gets more money upfront. A better strategy is offering less shares at a lower valuation that getting a high valuation out of the box.
