  1. The problem is the judge gave a lean sentence because he was "drunk". The prosecutors / investigators were terrible. She was permanently disabled. It's a terrible case. Makes you want to puke if you start finding out the facts surrounding the case.

  2. Everything about this case sucks. The acts, charges, the ruling / sentence and the aftermath of his release. edit: though, the public should have tried to put some positive energy behind this and raise money for the victim and her family.
