  2. Incheon is pretty spread out. Can't really generalize the city with anything. Korean people have always been judgmental and a bit loud. The blatant disregard for rules and weird washing clothes is a bit odd though. 35 is probably the cut off to modern society rules. That's post-1990 babies. Gets to be a wonky mix before then.
