  1. Holy heck, the last dude is even worse. Kim was imprisoned in 2000 for raping a minor and released in May 2006. After only 16 days, he raped 11 minors aged nine to 17 until the police arrested him in September. Yikes, dude should be in for 25+ years.

  2. Obviously, these sentences are way too light. The first dude nearly killed an 8 year old and she’s permanently damaged. The second dude only got 1.5 years for each rape.
