  1. Korean TV blocks out all name brands. You'll notice this on variety shows that go out into the public. I have no interest to research if this is an "informal" rule or an actual arcane law. (Obviously, this is negated if they are a sponsor of the show. And, it doesn't seem to apply to sports.)

  2. @ Japan is pretty aggressive in blocking out stuff. It seems to be more related to privacy than brands though.
