  1. Sometimes it’s ambiguous, but she’s not going to jail. A suspended sentence is like probation. If she doesn’t get in trouble for the next 3 years, she won’t serve any time.

  3. @ I don't think you've studied how criminal justice systems work. Systems generally try to give non-violent offenders a clean second chance. If people can learn their lesson without going to jail, that's a positive. Society doesn't benefit by people going to jail.

  4.  @eileencritchley4630  Dunno. I'm not a huge believer in sending people to jail for stuff like this. Gotta give people a 2nd chance without crushing any possible future. If she does it again, yes.
