  2.  @MUUFerozyMusic  When people start getting neck and facial tattoos, they are severely limiting their employment options. Korea is pretty conservative. People might even feel iffy shopping at a store owned by someone with tattoos.

  3. Just a terrible read of statistics. Korea has a population of 51.5M people. It has one of the lowest homicide rates in the world. Just because you see a few horrific cases doesn't mean you ignore the statistics.
