  1. People don't realize how conservative a country Korea is. And, it was a dictatorship (military) until the '80s. While the US was going through counter-culture in the 1950-60s, Korea was trying to survive and in poverty.

  3.  @kimleemoon  uhh, we (the US) are the ones that pushed this ideology onto many of the western / allied world. You really think if the US didn't have the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937 and the drug laws in the 70s / 80s that weed would be illegal in most countries?
