Took my relative to DC many years ago (grew up in Baltimore), but lived on the West Coast. We were staying in Georgetown and wanted something to eat late at night. Had to put up with the drunk people, but the most jarring part was people throwing peanut shells on the ground. Was above average burger, but no way am I waiting overnight for it.
