  1. Every highly developed nation goes through this with the exception of the US. And, the US used to support immigration which helped lessen the birth rate drop.

  2.  @AmandaVieiraMamaesouCult  It’s more complicated than that. Korea has a relatively strong export economy. Lessens the need for domestic GDP growth. Less people = less GDP = less tax revenues. IMO, Korea will be ok due to automation and if they continue to develop their export economy.
