@Zippo_Lighter I should have expanded on my comment. Light sweet crude oil is used for gasoline / diesel. Heavy crude has multiple industrial uses. I'm too lazy to research which is used for each type of category of petroleum based industrial product. Oil is categorized on a matrix: Light to Heavy on one axis. And, sweet to sour on the other axis. And, 75% of oil is used for gasoline / diesel. The other 25% is for industrial uses.

"Oil prices" is an incredibly ambiguous term. Brent? WTI? per barrel?

@Skinwalker-666 That's a different kind of oil.

Surely, North Korea can't claim to those waters, lol.

@iu2 Is there a place on the planet that transposes oil for gasoline?

@iu2 Ok, I'll take off the gloves. No one pumps oil. Literally, said "ambiguous" and you jump in with incorrect definitions. What is wrong with people?
