  1.  @summerladner180  There are 3 main categories of drama distribution in Korea: 1- regular stations: KBS, MBC, SBS. KBS is basically government owned. It's going to be the least controversial. MBC is quasi-government owned. They stay pretty vanilla as well. SBS is privately owned. While relatively PG, the shows are highly commercialized ie lots of product placement 2- Cable channels: TvN and JTBC are the main ones: much more adult concepts with maybe more violence and language. But, never nudity. 3- NFLX only. All bets are off. Netflix will let the content creator do what they want 4- Famous recent films with nudity: the actress from Goblin was in a film with some nudity. The Housemaid is pretty famous. Both Kim Soo-hyun and Song Seung-heon were in "adult" themed films.

  2. NFLX is doing things smartly. Getting great film people and giving them a decent budget to create freely without interfering.

  3. The director / writer is a film guy. There are a lot of well known Korean films with nudity.
