@arnoldmags1996 It's mathematically impossible. RE is 25% of the economy and is down at least -20%. That means everything else has to be up 7% just to get to a flat GDP. That's ain't happening. Minimally, they are -5% GDP, but probably closer to -10%.

Seriously dude? Have you looked at their per capita income? The middle class hasn’t been developed enough yet. Localized economies only work when people have a large share of disposable income.

Vacation sites are only equipped to hold a minimal amount of people. And, not a mass amount of people at the same time. Like a restroom at a sporting event.

@7someone If you listen, I'm explaining how economies work. A service economy can only develop if people have disposable income. Then, the multiplier effect kicks in. Simply put, people don't make enough to create a services economy. It has nothing to do with financing.
