  1. It's a bad characterization though: QE doesn't necessarily flood the market. PBOC needs to make short term bonds worthless from a yield perspective. Then, it "may" start adding money to other places. Remember, it took a long time for it to kick in for Japan. And, they had to drag the 10 year under a 1% yield.
