  1. lol, I've never heard of someone say, "I'm in my 40s". Usually, people will use that moniker if they are in their 60s or older. Likely, you graduated high school near the 2000s. Oddly, you don't remember the 2000s. Everything coming out of China in apparel during that decade was usually good quality. Why do I know? Because I worked for a very large retailer and a smaller retailer during that decade.

  3. @ I'm guessing there are food items in Costco / Walmart from China: probably stuff like frozen seafood. Fresh produce comes mostly from Mexico not China.

  4. @ Welcome to the world of time zones. It literally is 13 hours difference: NYC to Shanghai / Beijing. It's 12 hours when DST shifts.
