  4.  @Nikotromus  I don't even know if I agree with the concept, but commercial real estate collapsing could cause a systemic failure. China isn't as securitized as the US with debt. Regional banks in the US have "more" exposure to commercial real estate, but most of the debt is offload via bonds. The risk is spread out. Have to imagine that the net of Chinese banks have a way higher % of their portfolio in commercial real estate.
