  1. The commercial real estate will create way more tangible problems for banks than the residential side. Ordinary Chinese citizens can’t walk away from their mortgage easily. Defaults on commercial will immediately hit the banks NPL. And if standard mark to market accounting rules apply, all these assets need to be written down on someone’s balance sheet at some point.

  2.  @bipolargamer99x  Like a bad relationship breakup, it's time. Asset valuations need to be reset. Need baselines need to be recreated. It's either fast crash which causes more immediate pain, but recovery can start. Or slow bleed and no one knows where the bottom is. CCP is choosing the latter.

  3. Totally good advice for this channel. I take it with a grain of salt and realize their bias is not showing the whole picture. The truth is usually in the middle with... the CCP state media on one end and Epoch Times on the opposite end.
