  3. It’s amusing that the planned economy country is doing the exact opposite of what needs to be done. Total death spiral. Can’t remember the order of what we did in 2008-09. Had to cut staff by 5-10%. Froze salaries. Took pay cuts (largest cuts % was by level). Feels like ages ago, so I don’t remember the details. By 2010, everything was ok. A lot of the measures were because of the unknown and not because of terrible performance.
