  1. Japan is the only place I would trust in Asia. Even stuff in Korea can get sketchy, but much better than a decade+ ago.

  2.  @lolingkwarts3999  They've been serving yukhoe in Korean restaurants in the US since at least the '90s. I'm not sure that says anything about the US.
