  1. Just weird. Lottery should just be a supplemental business for an existing store. lol, and why would a store stock up on scratch tickets ahead of time? It should be a weekly replenishment at most. Worked at a place in my late teens. It was a magazine / tourist store. We had two registers on the front counter for the store and the lottery machine was on the side of the counter.
