  3. You don't lift then. There is no substitute for heavy lifts in bench, deadlift and squat. I don't even go that heavy, but even getting to 4 plates is nearly impossible at home.

  4. Sure seems like everything is setup in China with the least amount of consumer protections and maximum amount of cash in companies pockets. It's a terrible business model since revenue and expenses aren't lining up properly. Plus, there is very little incentive to keep the long term members happy.
