  3. A lot of it is subconscious bias. Or basically if you are a hiring manager, you hire people that think like you and you feel "comfortable" with. It's basically why you get a bunch of white males in power positions. Power begets power.

  5. There is this wonderful thing called the internet. Becoming like the lost art of reading books, you can type in and search for things. You don't need a video to spoon feed or answer your questions (or some AI bot). Then, you can spend 2-3 min on the official US census page figuring out how they aggregated their data.
