@udin2842 You need a math class. We give $50B a year in foreign aid. People use this same argument to try to cut the NASA budget. People need to be responsible and not take out a ton of student loans. It’s hard, but someone can graduate from a good state school for $20K in loans.

@thegamerkhan Dude - we give Israel $3B a year in aid. That ain't doing anything for education. That's a rounding error for tuition.

@Kainthemain Healthcare is 18% of GDP. That's $3+ Trillion per year. We give Israel a few billion a year. You are missing 3 zeros on the balance of cash.

@adamlangton1967 lol, you dumbass. I got pell grants (small) and Stafford loans ($40K) to pay for my college. I worked part time and during the summers for living expenses. Oh yeah, and after graduation, I got a corporate office job and waited tables on the weekends. I paid my loans off in 7 years.

@chesterjade7630 Agree. When I signed my student loan papers, I explicitly remember them having a box that showed how much my monthly payment and years would be.
