  1. It's ok. The Senator is a bit ignorant on the topic. Zero chance we can find enough qualified and workers that will take a cost effective pay for a mass amount of new Fabs. Taiwan via TSMC will dominate manufacturing in Taiwan still.

  11. Very unfounded rumors, but the very expensive FABs would get destroyed by the US military if CCP China invades. Won't let CCP China get their hands on the manufacturing tech to use / hold hostage.
