  1. I remember when my friend's Mom would buy kegs for us when we were in high school, lol. Cops never harassed us. Also, I lived in a beach town during the summer when I was 17 /18. They had an aggressive noise ordinance and would arrest the people that lived in the apartment. Everyone just accepted getting arrested. Just part of the deal.
