  2. Can't drink and drive. Now, people can't drink and walk. A good cop would give the guy a ride home. Or, at least make sure he's close enough to get home.

  3. You could tell the officer was getting really impatient from the beginning. Obviously, the cop has very few critical thinking skills and has zero capacity to understand that unless the old man has a weapon, he's not a danger. Even if the old man got a bit touchy feely, there are alternatives. If the officer felt threatened, he could have backed up and pushed him away to get space.

  4. Fentanyl is not VX nerve gas. Cops are idiots and liars. It needs extended contact and it's will take hours for the drug to kick in.

  6. Obviously the cop was using the jaywalk to stop him for possible other things. They do it so much with car infractions, it’s like muscle memory.

  8. When I was a kid, cops would just ask if everything was ok. Just would have been, I'm waiting for my Dad / ride. Then, they'd be tell you to be safe.
