  3. LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE. A GDP growth rate (or decline) calculation is based off the prior year. Fiscal 2021 (Trump): 6.8T in spending Fiscal 2022 (Biden): 6.3T in spending Fiscal 2023: 6.1T in spending Fiscal 2024: TBD since it's CR (minibus) SPENDING HAS COME DOWN EVERY YEAR.
