  1.  @jonny2954  From what I've read, the negotiations / explorations have been happening in the US defense department for months. Likely, they are further along in the process. (US defense department had to find the right Bradleys and get sign off to make sure the technology isn't "too advanced" ie optics / communications.)

  2. Tanks are way more complex to maintain. Not impossible to train mechanics, but way more daunting.
