  27. In a small state, 1-2% is much easier hurdle. It's TX though. That's still a huge gap in the hundreds of thousands. That's why NE is has more opportunity. Less than 1M people vote in total.

  35.  @dianep6791  It's the reverse order. You sell the stock first, but here is the "issue". You have to borrow the stock from someone. Then, you buy back the stock later to close to the trade. To borrow the stock to short sell, you are paying 10% interest PER WEEK, lol. Ex: Sell at $50 (You get $50). Then, you buy at $30 (You pay out $30) 50-20 = $20 in profit.

  38. Weird choice to pick PTSD. I'm pretty pragmatic and have "PTSD" from Big Pharma and their opioid pain scandal. But that was more about lying about the drug and the addiction potential. If someone told me that doctors are overprescribing for ADHD, I'd be like, "it's possible". To label PTSD is as "grief" seems awfully simplistic.

  46. Agree. Proper analysis. The risk vs reward isn't there. The billing / fees are going to be pretty minimal, but the potential future obligations and entanglement could be unlimited. Accounting firms will turn down companies if they can't trust them.
