  1. Terrible framing since its taking the way polar extreme opposites of the spectrum. Worked at a Korean restaurant in Hawaii, but my Japanese back then was better than my Korean. Both very poor though. Although it was a Korean restaurant, the vast majority (90%) of the customers were Japanese. One of the few experiences I remember is talking to a Japanese dude (in English) how he was Korean, but raised in Japan. And, he owned a bunch of Pachinko parlors. Kinda silly, but I think Kpop has done a lot to normalize things with the younger generations.

  2. No country should be sending hard currency to North Korea. Japan should end this nonsense.
