  1. All governments have different setups. What's a bit confusing is the "ruling" and "opposition" party titles. They are strictly used as the party in Executive power (President). In this case, it's split power. Yoon's party (PPP) holds the Presidency, but lost the Assembly elections (Parliament), but are still called the "ruling" party. The opposition party (DP) won nearly 60% of the seats in the last election.
