Ironic that it was leftover American made helicopters from the Shah. Obviously, those are really old. And, sure seems to go against bad guy America to be transported in American hardware.

Here’s the thing I didn’t fully understand: The process is normally: 1- non binding offer 2- due diligence 3- binding offer 4- final contract. Dude literally skipped all steps and wrote a very friendly “seller” contract with a forced fast timeline. Final contract language usually gets hammered after months of lawyer review. (Oh yeah, the former Chief Justice for DE works for law firm that Twitter hired.)

Xi is a teenage boy playing Sim City...very badly.

Stopped watching CNBC. A bit too much noise for me. But, Santoli is great.

Crooked liberal 11th Circuit stacked with Obama appointees. Oh, it was 2 Trump appointees + 1 Obama? Must have been a 2-1 vote. Oh, it was unanimous?
3
Literally, it’s the same if you wave inspection and buy a house sight unseen. Once you sign the contract, it’s yours.

USA! USA! USA!

The bottom is when housing hits -50%ish.

Literally, this would be forcing a previous owner of a house to disclose termite damage… when you waved inspection and bought the house unseen AND signed the final contract.

Ruling stands until SCOTUS decides to jump in or not.

You really think advertising is effective on that platform? lol. 1- they have horrible ad AI. 2- I'm scrolling to read stuff and some giant ad comes up. It's totally counterintuitive. 3- I've never seen an "interesting" ad on Twitter.

@matv90 HAHAHAHAHAHA. Twitter is the total bastion of ads for small businesses. Man, another Elon ass licker, Hancock style.

@RudieObias Let me guess. You are in your 20s and don't know what cable TV is. This popped in my timeline because I watched a few videos on the NBA all-star game.

@BridgettReese There are few operators of the Bell 212 remaining. Very few though. Lots of operators of the newer 412 version, so they were probably retrofitting newer parts with the older model. The bigger issue is the pilots likely had limited flight hours since parts and maintenance were difficult. And, it's not like the west where they can jump into a simulator. The weirder part is why they didn't buy some Russian ones. Russian choppers are pretty reliable.

Contract law is not civil or criminal law.

@tatyaVinchuOMBHUGEbhuge Prices are already down -20%. They aren't close to a bottom yet. You are correct if you are using fake CCP data which says they are off -6% from peak.
1
@@webdevprogrammer8049 Bloomberg had an article with data. It's closer to -20%. Could be conservative and be -30%. -50% seems like a stretch. Saw a video with Chinese real estate employees. They were saying closer to -20%.

@swaggitypigfig8413 Don't forget. He was pushing the board to accept the offer on an accelerated timeline. The lawyers for Twitter aren't idiots. They knew he might pull this BS and wrote a favorable contract.
1
@Neil-de1fh Rich people have egos. They don't operate like us. The contract was written favorably to Twitter, so they'd close the deal. He left very little wiggle room.

There are 4 major cases that share similarities. The ex-judge works for…the law firm that Twitter hired. Contract law is…contract law. It’s why all companies are incorporated in DE. Elon has a very weak case.

I’ve been seeing that as well. Some new weird filter system.

The bestus biggest dump of all dumps in the history of dumps.

Age is the most important factor. Short term UST is a positive yield (yield - inflation). If you are under 40, just stick with equities.

Their military budget is only $50B + a ton of corruption ie people pocketing cash.
