  10. My first job out of school and half of my co-workers were female. Got recruited to another company 1 year later and the percentage jumped to more than half. Probably closer to 60-70% of my co-workers that I interacted with. Really changes how you approach things and you learn more skill than brute force. This probably happens to maybe 10%? maybe 5% of males. (This was the apparel fashion industry.)
