  2. The word contractor is used very broadly. With the US military, it's "usually" a security and support role. For the CIA type agencies, its something much different.

  3. Nearly every country that had and has become high income per capita is allies with the US. People don't get it. The US is a capitalist society and just wants a normal world to be able to sell stuff.
