  5. We have way more cluster munitions than ATACMS. We'll probably give ATACMS, but its going to be a couple hundred. Not going to change anything drastically.

  7. Weird bedfellows. Tom Cotton, Joe Manchin, Risch, Wicker, McCaul, Rogers support Biden sending cluster munitions. WTF is going on? lol. Not a fan of cluster munitions, but it's within Ukraine's borders. If they want to "bomb" their own country to drive out the invaders, it's their prerogative. They'll have to deal with the cleanup later. The reality is we have possibly up to 3 million in stock. We can't pump out GMLRS, Excalibur or even standard 155mm fast enough.
