The bigger issue is somehow the CIA built up their intel capabilities after the disaster 10+ years ago when all the informants were killed or jailed.

@peterpain6625 My man hasn't seen INTC stock price over the years. If they had this advanced tech, they wouldn't be in the doghouse. (and the dude didn't realize how I was using the word "intel".)
