Before it was fully completed, my relatives took me to a new small city designated as a smart city: Songdo International Business District in Incheon, Korea. Was like whatever, just a bunch of new buildings. The most impressive part is stuff that you can't see behind the scenes. The biggest complaint is it's cold and not very vibrant.

@ojc8902 I love that parts of Incheon have never changed since my first visit in the early 2000s. Relatives live near Inha Uni. Still remember the one bar / cafe we used to go where the 2nd floor was illegalish since you couldn't stand up at full height.
