  3. BS.... if legalization ever worked throughout history it would be used in every country. Look at USA, free drugs, needles given out and the streets of every major city have become worse than 3rd world slums. Legalized pot and there are STILL criminal organization getting around the laws to sell and distribute at lower prices. Where it's been tried in Europe the jury is still out but the consensus is it has NOT worked.
