Problem is you're probably taking these to compensate for a poor diet or habits and they may just be covering up your problems. As you age you won't be able to take nearly as many supplements or any at all since the body can't metabolize them properly. The only path to good health is a strict healthy diet, whole grains, animal proteins, tiny to no refined sugar, exercise, no smoking, drugs even OTC or prescribed, alcohol and the PROPER WEIGHT for your age and height, i.e, common sense. Most people will never adhere to this and depend on a pill that they believe is a cure all.
