  5. That's all America is about, no history, latest get rich (usually a scam) scheme. Italy is #1 in UNESCO Heritage Sites, art works, preserving their history/culture, even tearing down these homes (if possible) and any renovations are forbidden without proper permits.

"It's a scam" "could have bought ready to move in, in a better place" They are told all costs upfront, no one forced them to buy and all said they were happy, it's not up to you to tell them they could have bought turn key house for that price somewhere else better, that's what THEY wanted it's not what YOU want. NO ONE was scammed. And look at your own big scam countries especially America where they don't think twice taking you for hundreds of thousands do sub standard renovations or none at all and abscond with the money.
