  1. So what? Years ago when Europeans mass immigrated to the USA, you think they said...wait, we need to learn English first or let's get out of this crippling poverty to a much better life? And many never learned any English throughout their lifetimes.

  2. They're decades and most likely over a century old which is like most of Italian buildings. They hold up almost indefinitely with some proper maintenance.

  6.  @mina0653  How do you know they're middle class and had the time to study...crystal ball? And I hate to say this but I believe a couple of the kids may be in the "special needs" category from their appearance and actions so they thought Italy would be the best place to have a chance to improve their lives. And MANY immigrants into the US made out exceptionally well starting their own business' and could speak hardly any English until the day they died. You don't have a clue how immigrants/immigration works.

  11.  @mina0653  You are SO ridiculous. This was standard for the millions of Europeans coming into the USA a century ago, how did America do? It's now an absolute horrid mess because of the DemocRAT party and it's new policy of allowing in tens of millions UNDOCUMENTED.

There are people with million $ homes and business', but if their debts are over a million $, guess what. They probably saw the ads about 1 Euro homes and then made the split second decision to take advantage ASAP. You think they had the luxury of saying, no, let me wait months, or a year to teach my children Italian?

  13.  @mina0653  Four months to you means they should already be speaking, understanding rather fluently when their first priority is earning a living, caring for their children? I told you, many immigrants into the USA and other countries learned little to almost none of the language in their lifetimes and were successful. Their children, especially the young will pick it up rather easily and quickly, so you're argument still holds no merit.
