  10. Dude, certain segments of crime are higher in Scandinavian countries than Italy. Italy's crime rate is lower than Korea's, 50% less crimes reported than Germany, #43 of 180 countries least corrupted as rated by CPI.

  12. The concept of the implicit pension debt (IPD) recognizes that workers and pensioners have claims on current and future governments that are not unlike those of government bondholders. Germany has a lot more debts in it's pension system do it's workers than does Italy. @glennnielsen8054
